The defendant, John L. Battle, Jr., appeals from his conviction on one count of grand larceny and one count of attempted grand larceny. On appeal he raises two issues: first, whether the State was erroneously permitted to introduce evidence of defendant's involvement in other criminal activity; and second, whether the trial court unduly restricted defendant's cross-examination of the State's primary witness. For the reasons stated below, we find no error and affirm the conviction.
